Neil serves as Rendel’s Finance Director with overall responsibility for all Rendel Group financial matters and facilities issues. Having qualified as a Chartered Account with Ernst & Young in 1979, Neil has vast experience in a variety of people-orientated professional service companies including architects, advertising and recruitment consultants.

Neil’s role involves monitoring the company treasury position, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and income is recognised appropriately on all projects and reporting monthly on the performance of Rendel Ltd and its subsidiaries. Additionally he assists in the preparation of the annual budgets and half year review and ensures that the annual audit and tax returns are completed in a timely and accurate manner. He deals with any ad hoc requests including assessing potential acquisitions, due diligence and property and asset needs.

Additionally, Neil holds a position on Rendel’s Operational Board.
