Rendel participated in the WES Lottie Tour campaign during Tomorrow’s Engineer week in November 2022.  Our Lottie doll was photographed on the HS2 Colne Valley Viaduct site as well as in Rendel’s Birmingham office to demonstrate ‘a day in the life’ of an engineer as part of Rendel’s STEM activities.

The WES Lottie Tour is annual STEM campaign which is aimed at developing the interest of young children in an engineering or other STEM career. The campaign was the inspiration of the ‘Women’s Engineering Society Early Careers Board’ (WES ECB). The ECB is a voluntary organisation run by young women who are either studying or working in the engineering field.
