Marcin Tykocki achieves Chartered Engineer status through the Institution of Civil Engineers

We are pleased to announce that Marcin Tykocki has successfully achieved UK Chartered Engineer status through the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), following his Professional Review with the ICE, which comprised of a report, presentation, interview and written exam. The ICE Training Scheme and Professional Review require a lot of effort and determination and Marcin has demonstrated great enthusiasm and focus to achieve this.
Rendel is an ICE approved employer, operating an ICE Training Scheme, providing structured training towards Chartership. We have three Operational Board Directors who act as Supervising Civil Engineers to oversee the ICE Training Programme. We have 35 engineers currently on this scheme, and this number is growing.
Rendel’s graduate training scheme won the 2019 Construction News Award in the Graduate Initiative category. This year six of our engineers were signed off from their Training Agreements.
