Pablo Sparrow Ochoa

As part of Rendel’s STEM outreach programme to schools, Pablo Sparrowe Ochoa, civil and structural engineer at Rendel, held an Interview Day for Year 13 students at Bushey Meads School in Bushey, Hertfordshire. Pablo met with students individually in 30-minute slots to provide them with training on techniques for job or university applications.

Bushy Meads School commented that the students ‘all thoroughly enjoyed the day and gained valuable experience’.

Pablo said:

“I was really impressed by the preparation level of Year 13 students at Bushey Meads School. The majority had very clear ideas of what were the skills needed for their future roles or studies. But most importantly, all showed a great enthusiasm, motivation and curiosity towards the next step of their education, which I believe is the most important thing to give a good first impression.”
