Rendel’s Bridge Director Sameer Khan has completed a course to obtain the Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate. This is a comprehensive assessed training programme which equips candidates with the necessary competencies to work more effectively and also enhance their skills as an expert witness.

Sameer is an experienced expert witness who is involved with high value arbitration and litigation on an international basis for major bridges. His principal expertise is in providing oral and written expert evidence in regard to matters dealing with the design and erection of major bridges such as cable stayed, balanced cantilever, span-by-span and incrementally launched.

He has experience of ICC arbitration, including cross examination by senior counsel and has provided expert advice in dispute related matters in Central America, USA and also the United Kingdom. His project experience, spread over 35 years in the industry, further includes Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa where he has participated in some of the most high profile international bridge projects.
